Tuna dill and lime dip
It is a light, refreshing dip and it takes only 5 minutes to prepare. For 4 potions you need:
200g drained tuna fish in brain
1/2lime finely grated rind
Salt and black pepper
45ml Greek- style yogurt
Mix the tuna and the yogurt in a blender until smooth
Stir in the lime rind, drill and seasoning to taste
Spoon into a small nice dish and serve with sticks of raw vegetables.

Julia Ward Howe wrote the Battle Hymm of the Republic and was a staunch fighter for women’s rights. She staged an unusual protest for peace in Boston, by celebrating a special day for mothers. Julia wanted to call attention to the need for peace by pointing out mothers who were left alone in the world without their sons and husbands after the bloody Franco-Prussian War.

Butterfly mothers day card
Fold two pieces of construction paper in half and put them together one inside the other. Draw half a butterfly. Cut along the line and you will get two same size butterflies. Choose one and fold it again, cut a smaller butterfly. Now you have a small and a big ones. Glue the smaller one onto the larger. Take a white nice piece of paper and glue the butterfly onto. Now you have nice homemade card. Use your imagination and decorate it. Write you message and send it to your mother.

Mothers day is an opportunity to prove your mother how much you think of her and how special you think she is.
On this day give her a special present. It not necessary to be an expensive one-You can not buy her love and respect with money. The most important is to be from your heart. You can write her a letter, expressing your love and thankfulness for her attention and care.

Avocado dip
2 ripe avocados
30ml lime juice
half red onion-chopped
1 crushed clove of garlic
2 medium skinned and chopped tomatoes
30ml fresh finely chopped coriander
black pepper
salt
Halve the avocados and chop out the flesh. Mash the avocado flesh with lime juice. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Chill before serve.
