To make really nice gift for Mothers Day, you can make candles in teacups. It is very original and not very expensive gifts. All you need will be small china teacups, empty coffee can, candle wax, old candles or wax color, white glitter and white candles. Melt the wax in a coffee can and while doing this, pour hot water in the caps to warm them. If you want you can color the wax in desired color. When wax is melted remove it from the heat, then pour the water out and dry the cups completely. You have to pour the wax very carefully into the cups. After two or three minutes a soft covering will appear on the top. Fast push a birthday candle into the wax. Keep it straight up and add some glitter on the top. Leave them for one or two hours and you can wrap them nicely and gift them with love to your mother.

Other very interesting and easy to make are the fresh floating candles. To make them you will need a glass container or nice glass vase, some fresh flowers or small fruits, floating candles and water. You can fill the glass container with fresh flowers or fruits to the middle. If the fruits are limes, lemons, oranges or similar, you can slice them first. Place nicely in the container and fill it with water, leave 10sm to the top. On the top of the water place the floating candles. To make them more sparkling, you can place some glitter in the water.
