1 cup sugar

125g butter
150g sugar
1 lemon
400g flour

Cream the butter and add the sugar, butter and lemon juice. Spread it on a baking sheet-5 mm Cut circle forms and bake till get lightly yellow. Mix the eggs with powdered sugar and 1/2 lemon juice. Form small roses from this mixture on the top of the ready cookies and bake for 15 min/150C.
Tuna dill and lime dip
It is a light, refreshing dip and it takes only 5 minutes to prepare. For 4 potions you need:
200g drained tuna fish in brain
1/2lime finely grated rind
Salt and black pepper
45ml Greek- style yogurt
Mix the tuna and the yogurt in a blender until smooth
Stir in the lime rind, drill and seasoning to taste
Spoon into a small nice dish and serve with sticks of raw vegetables.
Avocado dip
2 ripe avocados
30ml lime juice
half red onion-chopped
1 crushed clove of garlic
2 medium skinned and chopped tomatoes
30ml fresh finely chopped coriander
black pepper
salt
Halve the avocados and chop out the flesh. Mash the avocado flesh with lime juice. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Chill before serve.
