Fish starters for Mothers day
Tuna dill and lime dip
It is a light, refreshing dip and it takes only 5 minutes to prepare. For 4 potions you need:
200g drained tuna fish in brain
1/2lime finely grated rind
Salt and black pepper
45ml Greek- style yogurt
Mix the tuna and the yogurt in a blender until smooth
Stir in the lime rind, drill and seasoning to taste
Spoon into a small nice dish and serve with sticks of raw vegetables.
Fish balls
600g fish
20ml lime juice
4 eggs
300ml beer
300g flour
50ml vegetable oil
Cut the fish on small pieces. Put the lime juice and salt and leave for 30min
Mix eggs, beer, vegetable oil and salt. Roll the fish pieces in the mixture and fry.
Baked Mothers day fish starter
fresh onion
2 dry tomatoes
4ts olive oil
2ts white wine
1ts lime juice
1ts honey
400g fish
salt and black pepper
Cut on small pieces dry tomatoes onion and mix it with olive oil, white wine, lime juice and homey. Bake the fish with half of the mixture. When it is ready Put the rest of the souse.
Hot fish starter
1kg fish
125g butter
300g tomatoes
300g onion
1 lemon
black pepper salt
Cut union and fry with butter. Add cut tomatoes black pepper, garlic and salt. Fry for 10 min. Put the fish over and bake.
Fish pancakes
250g fish
1 onion
1 carrot
4 eggs
1tc flour
2tc milk
75g butter
1 lemon black pepper salt
Fry the onion and carrot and boil the fish. Make mixture using – eggs, flour and milk. Then add the boiled fish black pepper and salt. Fry than pancakes and serve with lemon.
