Mothers Day Desserts
Drunken cherries
4 egg yolks
4 tablespoons sugar
400g milk
5 g vanilla
1tablespoon flour
3 g salt
Mix the eggs, sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl and with an electric mixer beat till get creamy mixture. Separately boil the milk and mix with the egg mixture. On very low heat boil it for few minutes and stir constantly. If you want you can add some lemon juice. Pour the cream into serving cups and decorate it with white chocolate or fruits-raspberries, strawberries or blueberries. Serve it with smile.
Rolls with bananas
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
4 bananas
1 cup wal - nuts
4 teaspoons baking soda
5 g vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Cut the bananas on small pieces. Mix them with flour, sugar, wal- nuts, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and baking soda and stir well. Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake in preheated oven (180C for 40 minutes) For 35 minutes. Separately melt chocolate and pour over. Leave for one hour to cool.
Specially for mom
4 eggs
210g sugar
1 kg cream
200g cherries
4 peaches
20 g rum
20 g lemon juice
Beat very well the egg yolks and mix them with cherries. Separately beat the egg whites with cream and add this mixture to the egg yolks mixture slowly. Stir everything very well and pour into the dishes you have chosen before. Put them into the refrigerator for a couple of hours to cool. After that, prepare the peaches’ juice. Mix the sugar with peaches, rum, lemon juice and with an electric mixer mix very well. Take the plates with the dessert out of the refrigerator. With the back side up place them on beautiful plates to serve. Over decorate with the peach juice and with some more cherries. Now you can surprise your mother and the rest of your guests.
