Mothers Day Planning
You can make Mothers Day fun, relaxing and delightful if you make your plan head.
To organize the perfect Mothers day first you have to determine how many guest you will invite for the special dinner. Call them one or two days earlier to confirm. While choosing the menu keep in mind your mothers favorite dishes, because the main goal is to make her pleased, not your guests or yourself.
When you choose the menu make a shopping list for the groceries and separately write down all other things which you will need for the decoration on the table and house. The shopping list will save you time wandering in the market. Do the shopping few days earlier, because at this time the shops are overcrowded in the last minute. Give yourself extra time to prepare the dinner and if the menu allows you, prepare as much food ahead as you can. Hide some special items in the refrigerator and keep them as surprise for the meal.
And do not forget to clean the house and especially the kitchen after cooking. You know how important for all mothers the house to be clean and nicely decorated is. Buy her favorite color table cloth, napkins, and candles and decorate the table and house properly. You can ask the rest of the family or your neighbors for some help.
Choose and buy her present earlier. Do not leave it for the last minute .If you order her present online or through catalog do it 3-4 weeks earlier. Wrap it the day before. Give yourself plenty of time to write your poem and place them early in her bedroom for Mothers day morning.
Order lots of flowers two days earlier and decorate the house. Make an adorable bunch as a centerpiece of the table.
When your mom is back at home greet her with hugs and enthusiasm. Offer her cozy chair and offer her favorite drink. When you are all together on the table make a toast and share with your mother how much you appreciate her and how much you love her.
