Avocado dip
2 ripe avocados
30ml lime juice
half red onion-chopped
1 crushed clove of garlic
2 medium skinned and chopped tomatoes
30ml fresh finely chopped coriander
black pepper
salt
Halve the avocados and chop out the flesh. Mash the avocado flesh with lime juice. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Chill before serve.
Tomato salsa
2 large ripe tomatoes
30mlchoped fresh parsley
5ml fined chopped fresh chilli
1 small clove chopped garlic
30ml lime juice
15 ml olive oil
2 finely chopped spring onions.
Combine all in a bowl, and chill for 1 hour.
Filled tomatoes
10tomatoes
1 cup vegetable oil
50g butter
2t s flour
2 cups milk
150g cheese
salt
Cut tomatoes on the top and dig it. Fry flour with the butter ant add some milk. Cut one tomato, mix with cheese and salt. Boil the eggs, cut on small pieces and add it to the sauce. Fill the tomatoes with this mixture. Bake for20min/180C.
Baked chicken
1 chicken
garlic
100g butter
black paper
salt
cut the chicken in half. Chop the garlic, mix with salt. Melt butter, mix with water and pour over it. Add some black paper. Bake till get s golden brown
Banana dessert
4 bananas, sliced
2 cups cream
2 tablespoons sugar
15 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (recommended: Oreo), crushed
2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Raspberrysyrop
Slice bananas and crush all cookies.
Beat the cream with the sugar until firm peaks form.
Fill glasses with half the cookies, nuts and cream and banana slices. Put some syrup over the cream, and layer the rest.
Tofu cream
juice and zest of 1 orange
300g. silken drained tofu
5ml. lemon juice
10ml. honey
Place all the ingredients in a blender and add some honey to taste.
Process until smooth and creamy. Cover and chill in fridge
